Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agree to the TOS provided

You must be 18 years or older to commission me

Things I'm not great at...(but will still try lol)

  • Full mecha/ full body armor

  • Furry/antropomorphic animals

Things I will NOT draw

  • Excessive gore/acts of extreme violence

  • innapropriate/offensive characters

Best Ways of Contact

  • Completion times will vary, but a timeline will be discussed before commission work has began. I do not take rush fees.

  • I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason

  • I retain rights to the original artwork, therefore may post it online and use it for my portfolio.

  • I reserve the right to stream the art process to Twitch/Discord. But --

  • If the client wishes for the commission to not be streamed/posted before a specific date, it must be stated explicitly. Non-streamed commissions will double in completion time. (example: a 3-5 week completion time will become 6-10 weeks)

  • Please credit me appropriately when using the art I have created.

  • Artwork is for non-commercial use only. Commercial fees will be a +20% upcharge of overall price. Commercial fees are already included for Live2D models, pngtubers, and emotes.

  • Art may not be edited. - Live2D model clients are free to use tools within VTS (color changing meshes, etc)

  • Art may not be resold or redistributed without my consent and knowledge.

  • I do not consent to my art being used for block-chain technology of any kind. (NFTs, crypto, etc)

  • I do not consent to my art being used for AI learning

Payment

  • All prices listed in USD

  • Payment plans can be discussed. Final files will not be provided until commission is paid in full

  • Payments will be through Paypal Invoicing

  • Once I have began work, no full refunds will be given.
